Visual inspection micro camera - In-Sight® Micro series
Cognex has designed the small, smart and easy next-generation In-Sight Micro vision system. Even more, it has made it more colorful. Measuring just 30 mm x 30 mm x 60 mm the In-Sight Micro is an incredibly small package just the size of a remote head camera, which has crammed in an entire vision system. The In-Sight Micro is suitable for mounting in tight spaces on robots and difficult-access machinery anywhere on the production line, due to its small size and unique non-linear calibration tool which allows for mounting at angles of up to 45 degrees. The proven Cognex vision tool library is incorporated into the In-Sight Micro enabling it to handle the widest range of vision applications for a great number of industries. Even the most powerful vision tools are accessible to users who do not have much vision experience, because its new EasyBuilder configuration software simplifies their use. No PC is required.
