Also it finds use in measuring forces that are present in heavy duty equipment. The device is also available in an ATEX version. The device has many features such as reliable capacitive technology. It incorporates patented high reliability capacitive sensor.The robust digital tension load cell type SOTD provides high tolerance of up to 1.000% overload. The unit is sealed as per IP 67 protocol. It can withstand welding voltages and ESD. The instrument’s load cell cable can be replaced and its cable length can be extended up to 100 meters. It is pre-calibrated with signal in kg or N. It can be easily installed mechanically or electrically. The device’s calibration is not dependent on its cable length.
