The model 5715 and 5795 are single-ended load pins manufactured by BCM Sensor. They serve as traction-force sensors, which are installed in crane scales, hopper weighing, process system, and onboard vehicle weighing. The single-ended shaft is essential for measuring the concerned force.The load pins measure forces from 10 kN to 300 kn, with a maximum accuracy of 0.2% at full scale. They can operate under rigid industrial environments due to a sealing with an IP68 grade protection. The models are designed based on metal foil strain gauge technology, and made of single-ended shear-beam working principle. They can have an amplified and conditioned output signal of 4 to 20 mA, or 0.5V to 5/10V, depending on specific requirement of the user.
