Torque calibration equipment - ACTA 4000 series

Atlas Copco ACTA 4000 torque analyzer in combination with the ToolsTalk QAT or Torque Supervisor PC programs provides a comprehensive tool database. The combination ensures all key information related to measurement and analysis of torque is easily available. Examples of data tracked by the system include tightening and calibration data, analysis of application, service and purchase history, information related to suppliers and so on.

The system minimizes costs related to tool administration. It also enables a systematic control of tool status throughout their lifespan. Data is stored on an individual tool basis in a single place. Tool calibration and/or preventive maintenance (PM) reminders are automatically sent to the user by the system.

ACTA 4000 is available a range of three models. It also allows upgradation to meet specific needs.

B–Basic model is useful for measurement of torque and angle. It supports tool calibration and basic statistics can be monitored.

QC–Quality Control provides calculation of all advanced statistics, including SPC, and has a database of upto 1,000 tools/joints.

AA–Advanced Analysis is a comprehensive system. Along with all features of the two models, it displays an enhanced tightening trace for analysis of joints.

The body of the device is made out of such materials that can make it resistant towards corrosion and can be used along with fluids and water without any problem. The device enables wear free data transmission and telemetric power supply without any contact. It can be availed with standard spindle adapters.

Type 9125A is suitable for 2-component measurement of force and moment (Fz, Mz) for spindle speeds up to 25 000 1/min. It is also useful for measuring cutting force at the rotating cutting edge, and in milling and drilling to investigate wear and cutting processes.
