IN-FLOW Series Thermal Mass Flow Meters and Controllers are developed by Bronkhorst High-Tech using the flexible "multibus" concept. The normally closed control valves are made available up to Kv-values of 6.0 and the flow meters are capable of handling values from 0,4 ... 20 m3n/h up to 220 ... 11000 m3n/h with flow controllers going from 0,4 ... 20 m3n/h up to 10 ... 500 m3n/h.
