Magnetic AC/DC powered general industrial meters from Hoffer Nor Mag series of electromagnetic flow meters are made for industrial purposes. It also facilitates flow rates measurements of electrically conductive liquids in heat supply and water systems.They are also used in the chemical and food processing utilities.They facilitate excellent measurement accuracy and long term stability, which are most demanding requirements. Both the directions of flow can be measured.
No moving parts are present in the meter sensor.
Installation produces no hydraulic anomalies or pressure loss.
The sensor energizing and processing of the sensor signals is done by the integral electronics unit.
It also offers utility for the liquid batching control, internal meter status diagnostics, empty piping detection, selection of flow units and automatic electrodes cleaning.
The flow meter consists of pulse, frequency and current outputs.
It also consists of interfaces for RS 485 & USB communication lines.
