Diaphragm seal with flange connection - OPTIMUS - OPTIMUS XL - OPTIMUS TD
The OPTIMUS series offers a solution to measuring low process pressures where a flange connection is required. By welding the diaphragm inside the seal a substantial increase in diaphragm diameter can be achieved without a parallel increase in flange size. Displacement is thus increased accordingly which in turn improves accuracy at low pressures. Selecting a larger diaphragm offers many advantages with regards to accuracy, higher working temperatures and smaller measuring pressures.The OPTIMUS can be fitted with a number ASME and DIN standard flanges, making it a versatile seal for use in a wide variety of situations. The upper part can be dismounted for cleaning the internal parts of the chemical seal.
