RECHNER Captive Level Measurement Systems operate on the three-electrode principal.An additional electrode (here the container) serves as a counter-electrode to the probe electrodes. Thus it makes it essential for this system to have a conductive material container or a "substitute electrode" to be fixed on the container wall like copper foil. So the systems are equipped with probes for analogue filling level measurement of for detection of 1, 2 or 3 measuring points. User-definable analogue measuring area and switching points position are within the possible measuring range and thus can be optimally matched for individual application. Supports applications which require level measurements, with a dielectric constant as of Er 1,1., of bulk material like liquids or pastes are possible.
