The MVL is a 3D multiple-scanner system from Binmaster that provides a higher inventory accuracy than a single 3D level scanner. Its system incorporates the multiple point measurement data from two or more 3D level scanners to operate on a wide surface area which allows estimation of inventory volume with good accuracy. With its advanced processing and software, this scanner system shows a visual status of the material surface that exhibits high and low points in the bin such as cone up, cone down, sidewall buildup, or bridging.

This system can be installed in grain silos including 105s or million bushel bins, in large covered grain storage facilities, in ethanol facilities with large bins of corn or DDGS, and many more. It is suitable for applications with powers and solids and capable of measuring up to 200 feet.

3D Acoustic Level Sensor of RL model is designed by BinMaster to provide trustworthy data even in the challenging environments with extreme levels of dust. It has non-contact and non-stop level sensors that can work in the powder and solid materials of all types. The workings of this sensor are quite different from other non-contact sensors. It can be used in very low dielectric materials that have no historic compatibility with the non-contact devices.
The RL looks like the S, M and MV 3D Level Scanner, but it is different in function, because it is used for the data purpose only. It can work better even in the dust as compared to the other ultrasonic technologies. It requires acoustics-based technology at low frequencies that helps it to penetrate dust. It is a self cleaning unit, therefore easy to use. The BinMaster RL requires low maintenance as compared to the other non-contact technologies that are required to be manually cleaned for the sensor that frequently entails climbing of silos that can be a problem in the safety.

It finds use in extreme conditions when dust or powdered materials tend to stick to the device, in turn interfering with the 3D Level Scanner. The teflon coated antenna has been able to come up with the lowest coefficient of friction against any sort of solids. This has resulted in a slick surface that is able to fight buildup. The use of Teflon horn will prevent dusty or sticky materials from sticking onto and building up on the antenna. This feature ensures that the best possible performance is derived from the scanner. Use of the Teflon coated antenna will also reduce the frequency of cleaning required thus truly simplifying the maintenance cycle. Some examples of application that the Teflon coated antenna has would be for soybean meals that are extremely sticky and can build up on a standard antenna when in humid conditions.
