This voltage detector is standard in nature. The model code is IEC 61243-3.It is used for checking if the voltage is absent and gives the voltage indication when the voltage is as low as 1000V. The additional features of this device are they have self integrated test. The phase display occurs a single pole mode. The display also shows polarity, both negative and positive. The voltage range is 12 to 1000V in DC and (15 to 60 Hz) in AC.There is different alarm tone for different voltage levels. The continuity testing threshold is 80 ?. There is front light and has an IP65 covering for safety from water, wind or dust. It is also protected against voltage overload by CATIV 1000V.
