High-voltage probe - 2 - 20 kV | PPE series
Teledyne LeCroy PPE series of high voltage probes have been designed for applications demanding safe and precise high-voltage measurements. It includes five fixed-attenuation probes which can handle a range from 2 kV to 20 kV, and one switchable probe which delivers /10 and /100 attenuation for up to 1.2 kV voltage inputs. A highly accurate response is provided by minimizing of ringing and overshoot. This is done by a latest technology, which makes use of hybrid circuitry and switch reading for probes having switchable gain/attenuation.
