The EM1634 model is manufactured by Smtmax, and is a function generator with frequency range of 0.2 Hz to 2 MHz. It has an output wave of triangle, square, sine, pulse, TTL level, single pulse, and 50 Hz fixed sine. The output impedance of 50Ω has an amplitude of 5 mV to 25 Vp-p, and has square rise-time of ≤50 nS.
