The high-precision Heater Element Burnout Detector proves compatible with a wide-range of heater control methods. The detector is compatible with contactor, SSR, cyclic control, phase control methods and a wide range of heater capacities, from 0.200 to 200.0 A AC (range covered by 3 models). Voltage fluctuation compensation function helps accurate heater burnout detection as the outputs remain unaffected during power supply voltage fluctuations resulting in heater current fluctuation. While using multiple heaters, burnout of even one heater is detected. During disable of gate function, the gate input can serve as an undercurrent/ overcurrent relay or for motor or lamp loads (2 circuits). The CE marking device significantly contributes to preventative maintenance for heater burnout.
