Grounding test equipment - TL-5 series
TL-5 is an earth resistance meter that is delivered in the form of a digital instrument, which is controlled by a microprocessor. In addition to this, the item has been designed to take earth resistance and resistivity measurements, using the Wenner method. The TL-5 unit is also known for being automatic and easy to use, while also controlling the conditions of installation before taking a reading, checking that these are within the limits. The product is then able to notify the user in the case of an abnormal situation occuring, such as very low test current intensity, high interference voltages and others.Customers can use the TL-5 for selecting two frequencies, hence generating the test current, optimizing the earthing test. The instrument was also especially designed for monitoring earthing systems when it comes to industries, substations, energy distributions and grids in accordance to IEC 61557-5 standards.
