This 1 MHz high precision and high speed measuring unit is capable of measuring small value capacities. It is self calibrating which minimizes the variations when measuring values;variations that are caused by changes in ambient temperature. Any contact errors discovered while measuring are detected by the Chatter Detection function. A comparator function and trigger-synchronized output function are used in the production line. The cable-length-compensation function helps to minimize measurement errors when the measurement cable is extended. The unit is capable of high speed measurements in as little as 2 ms with a BIN function which makes it easy for component screening.
