The HT70 from HT is a pen voltage detector that allows both for a fast verifying of the existence of AC voltage in different type of electrical installation. This device can be used with or without the direct contact, in addition to operate phase sequence display and a compliance test on generic three-phase plants by using red and green fixed blinking LED displays.
