The LKZ-710 is a wire tracer manufactured by Sonel. It is suitable for use in detecting conductors under different environments at low voltage, without disconnecting devices from tested networks.The wire tracer detects wires in ceilings, walls, and floors. It locates power points and switches in buildings. In addition, it utilizes an external power source for locating short circuits between leads.
The device traces wires in metal ducts, and identifies fuses on distribution boards. It ensures a non-contact operation when detecting live wires.
The LKZ-710 is equipped with LED and sound for signaling of transmitter, and receiver. It features two modes of transmitter amplification, and an adjustable receiver sensitivity level. The unit operates within a wide voltage rating of 12V DC(24V AC) to 250V.
