Compact fluorometer - Quantus™
The Quantus Fluorometer features both blue and red fluorescence channels for protein and nucleic acid quantitation. Highly sensitive fluorescent detection is provided by this compact instrument, which is easy to operate. The dual-channel fluorometer comes with pre-programmed settings for Promega QuantiFluor Dye systems, such as RNA, dsDNA, ssDNA, etc. Users are provided with enough flexibility with user-defined settings to customize their own quantitation settings and methods for other dyes. The red fluorescence channel offers an emission range of 660-nm to 720-nm, with wavelengths up to 640-nm. The emission range with the blue fluorescence channel is 510-nm to 580-nm, with wavelengths up to 495-nm.
