On-line particle size analyzer - DF-PSI
The DF-PSI Caliper-type On-line Particle Size Analyzer is designed according to the standard direct self-propelled caliper. The unit is used for measuring particle size distribution as an industrial on-line particle size analyzer with highly automated characteristics.This unit is useful for particle size measurement using the method of initial grinding. However, the materials with particle sizes below d70 cannot be instantly measured, due to the necessary changes in small particles.
In addition, it is manufactured according to the standard of direct automatic calipers for gauging particle size distribution, which has successfully utilized computer technology and mathematical & statistical theory. The distribution of different particle sizes in the ore-flow production methods follows the usual distribution regularity.
The device features an environmental temperature of ≤90℃, making it adaptable for tough industrial sites.
