The PlateReader AF2200 combines simple programming and evaluation with unmatched flexibility. It is intended for the quantification of bio-molecules and the measurement of fluorescence-based assays in a plate format and is fit for a large variety of UV/Vis range applications and capable of detecting a large number of fluorescence dyes due to a variety of different filters. It is equipped with a software package that features highly optimized and pre-programmed applications and allows a flexible selection of parameters that can be freely programmed to fit the needs of a specific application.
