For MDF boards, the raw density profile has a decisive influence on the panel quality. For the economic production of wood based panels, this parameter is essential and needs to be monitored and optimised.The GreCon Raw Density Measuring System enables the targeted influence of the features of wood based panel through an immediate and reliable measurement.
To achieve increasing of the productivity an optimal adjustment of production to the plate type through the permanent display of the characteristic of the density profile takes place.
By optimising the raw density profile material consumption (wood & glue) and run-in times e.g. during production changes can be reduced.
