The ELIAS Series is a high resolution laser induced breakdown spectrometer developed by LTB Lasertechnik Berlin. It is mainly used for the characterization of lasers in the microlithography. The system features high spectral resolution intensity dynamics of up to 4 orders, and high imaging quality. In addition, this product is suitable for mechanical applications.
