The 4200 FlexScan Series FTIR from Agilent Technologies is a compact and portable analyzer that can be tied onto a belt or put into a shoulder pack. It comes in a dual module system, with an optical module attached to the electronic module via a power cable, and they weigh about 3lbs and 4lbs respectively.The 4200 Flexscan is identical to the 4100 ExoScan performance-wise, as it uses the same interferometer. With a portable, lightweight, handheld design and fixed sampling interface, these are ideal for a vast number of measurements on a large object or for repetitive infrared analyses covering a large area.
