Users requiring real time gas monitoring of refrigerant, combustible, and toxic gases can rely on Bacharach’s MGD-100 Series, a reliable and scalable gas detection system. This standalone system is fitted with alarms to alert the user whenever the preset-thresholds are crossed. The personnel in charge is alerted of potential hazards through a centralized controller that contains an onboard buzzer and LED alarm indicators. This system can be configured in different ways, right from single-sensor, one-alarm level systems to 6 sensor, with 2 alarm level scalable systems. A main feature of the device is that it is a standalone device with quick and easy installation. It is cost-effective too. The intelligent alarm system detects leaks instantly, there saving on refrigerant gas usage and containing environmental impact. GDC-350 is the latest fixed gas monitor that provides excellent operation. This advanced tool can detect a wide range of gases including oxygen, carbon monoxide, combustible gases, refrigerants and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs). It has all the features and functionality for kind application. Weight standard is calibrated by National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) with the given calibration 1lb is equivalent to 0.45kg. The Standard and NEMA dimensions are also given in terms of inches, the standard specifications are 5.3” L x 6.8” W x 2.6” D (135mm x 173mm x 66mm) and the NENA's specification are 5.1” L x 7.1” W x 3.9” D (130mm x 180mm x 100mm).

The Single Zone Gas Leaks Monitors are designed to provide continuous single-point monitoring of the CFC, HFC, HCFC, and Halogen refrigerant gases. It displays the gas type being monitored, plus the current and peak level of gas seen on the front panel LCD. This instrument is also able to retain a log of previous readings which can be easily obtained for analysis.

An internal audible alarm and front panel indicators are available, which provide an alarm during errors in operation. Relay contacts can be used to identify external alarm devices during a system error, or if there is a leak (small), spill (medium), or evacuation (large) level of identifiable gas. Furthermore, this system also comes with a 4-20 mA current loop interface that can be connected for remote monitoring. Its additional features and benefits comply with the ASHRAE 15 standard.

The Bacharach AGMSZ (Ammonia Gas Monitor Single Zone) is meant mainly for uninterrupted single-point monitoring of ammonia gas. There is an LCD display that features the results of the monitoring, the type of gas, the present gas level and the peak gas level detected. Analysis of previous logs is also possible. The instrument is fitted with an audible alarm and indicators on the front panel to signal discrepancies. It is possible to trigger relay contacts to external alarm devices in case of system fault, leaks, spills or when large levels of gases are detected. The system is equipped with a 4-20 mA current loop interface to connect to the remote monitoring equipment. Can measure ammonia gas from 25 to 10,000 ppm, and with 1 ppm sensitivity.
