The JXA-8530F is a user- friendly, PC-based operation that facilitates accurate and detailed analysis at the highest magnifications. It also has an advanced operation that allows you to create detailed analytical procedures fit to their research objectives. Combined with the system are a complete line of applications and software packages that provides comprehensive data analysis methods. One excellent feature of this product is the high spatial resolution in X-ray mapping with the FE electron gun that provides a probe that is 1/2 to 1/10 the size of that produced in a thermionic-emission electron gun in a conventional EPMA with a LaB6tip.
