Flue gas analyzer - GreenLine 6000
A very good option for flue gas analyzer is Greenline 6000. It is used good for industrial combustion. It has 6 sensors that measure 6 gases like oxygen, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrgen Monoxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Sulphuric Monoxide and CxHy which has electrical sensors. It is also used for calculation of other gases like carbon Dioxide. It is programed to accept as any as 10 fuels preloaded. With the help of gasConfig, a PC software more fuels can be added. Availability of many flue gas probes are also available in all kinds and shapes to help match the needs of an application. The probe for sambling is connected to the device with a hose(single or dual) through the water trap and suspended particle line filter.An optional heated industrial gas probe with an hot hose will be the most suitable for measuring high temperature of long term to avoid dilution of gases as well as dry the flue gas.For heavy application a pre-filter would be preferable. The system communication is possible with cable or bluetooth.
