Duelvo H47 Series is a rider scrubber with a great water capacity and extremely durable and sturdy construction and as such it is ideal for industrial floor cleaning application on medium and large areas. This scrubber is ideal for big supermarkets and airports, but also it can carry out the tasks of cleaning industrial facilities such as large warehouses, loading areas and similar. It can also be used in machine shops, assembly line halls, metal fabrication facilities and other similar industrial plants. Its cost effectiveness only adds to the overall high value of this great scrubber. It is made with a heavy metal chassis and very durable steel mechanical parts and that makes it very suitable for operations in hard conditions. It has the state of the art ergonomics as it provides plenty of space for the operator and it features only a few switches and commands. That makes it extremely easy to master and use. The entire design process was aimed to provide simple and cost effective operation even by the inexperienced users.
The H47 series have somewhat oversized electric motors and that provides a reserve of power to carry out any operation with ease. It can be equipped by maximum three discs for deep scrubbing operations.
It has a huge 140 kg heavy plate deck that provides sufficient pressure even for the hardest scrubbing tasks, a hard steel armor plate that protects the water tank, a standard recycling system that increases its autonomy, a brush pressure controller that allows usage on very delicate floors as well as the most demanding heavy scrubbing, the brushes control that stops the brushes if the machine is still for 6 seconds and that provides a better protection to the floor surfaces. The brushes are easy to replace. Its stainless steel rear squeegee automatically lifts up when the machine is switched to reverse.
It is also a very energy efficient machine as a single battery charge provides up to 7 hours of work. It also has the double two stage motor setup which allows perfect suction. The motors are packed in a separate aluminum housings to avoid any damage caused by the foam and to extend their life expectancy. The tank-in-tank system allows stable scrubbing, it has a double traction motor which provides more than enough traction power, it has a tool free consumable parts setup and it doesn’t use any belts in its transmission system.
