RFID access control system
The ID 40 identification and data storage system allows all product as well as process specific data are stored within the workpiece carrier. The remote data storage is ideal for providing immediate high-level access. There are a range of field bus connections, and the ID 40 offers a selection of three field bus variant. The Profibus-Dp, the CANopen, and the Interbus S. By utilizing the firmware version 4.0, users are given the option to view and update the SLKs parameters and diagnostics, and also access application data from a mobile data tag using a common web browser(Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) This data can be accessed from any PC or tablet with an internet connection, and does not require any additional software. Firmware can be downloaded and used to upgrade older models.
