Hitachi EX5600-6 excavators and shovels provide high efficiency and performance, even on the most challenging jobs. It is a combination of time-tested designs and the latest advances in technology, resulting in minimum downtime and highest productivity. EX5600-6 supports pairing with Hitachi EH3500ACII, EH4000ACII and EH5000AC-3 trucks. It offers increased horsepower and higher BH bucket capacity. It has a sophisticated, triple-roller swing bearing that ensures precise and easy swinging. It offers higher engine and hydraulic cooling capacity. Hydraulic system is increased by 10%, resulting in seamless simultaneous application.
EX5600-6 is environment-friendly. Its two Cummins QSKTA50C engines meet EPA Tier 2 emission regulations. They produce a total 3,000 gross horsepower (2238 kW) at 1800 rpm, which is a 7% increase. A new feature with the backhoe front having a short reach is included. The devices can be provided in backhoe as well as front-shovel configurations. Also available is an option for electric power.
