Bucket wheel excavator - 2 000 m³/h | PE100-550/1x15
The Sandvik PE100-550/1x15 bucket-wheel excavators are designed for continuously stripping overburden and mine coal, lignite and other soft minerals. It has a capacity of 150-10000 m3/h (200-13000 y3/h) loose material. It can handle mining formations with maximum compressive strengths of 20 MPa. It is controlled by a modern PLC system with a wide range of automation capabilities. The interfaces are user-friendly and ergonomic to provide comfort, easy familiarization and high productivity for the user. These excavators are modular in design which allows easy optimization for various applications. All of the units are made to order and custom-built. It is typically equipped with a counterweight under the discharge boom and a two crawler undercarriage. It is suitable for small to medium production rates. Boom hoisting is performed with hydraulic cylinders.
