The Sandvik Bucket-Wheel Excavator is a compact bucket wheel for handling overburden, lignite, coal and other minerals. It is equipped with a PLC system which comes with high automation probabilities providing an operator-friendly interface. It is integrated with capabilities of carrying load ranging from 150-10000 m3/h and mining formations through a strength of 20 MPa.The Excavator is built with a boom hoisting that is accompanied by hydraulic cylinders. It is purposed to operate on a range (small to medium) of production rates. It has a modular framework structure which allows it to easily be optimized for various fields of applications.
