The Vertical Vibrating Bran Finisher type STVc, is utilised for the separation of residual flour and for finishing off bran and fine reduction bran.The machine has a cylindrical steel body supported by four couples of Indian canes and two wide inspection doors for inspection and maintenance.
The internal rotor is constituted by vertical beaters with paddles and blades. The gap between beaters and screen can be adjusted.
The motor is co-axial to the rotor. The nylon screen is fastened along its whole height. The product inlet is located on top of the machine.
The screen sifting surface is kept clean thanks to the vibration of the whole cylindrical body. The vibratory motion is generated by means of counter weights fixed onto the rotor shaft.
The vibratory motion allows an efficient sifting and in the meanwhile prevents product from remaining onto the walls
