Zoomlion TTU series paver has been designed for use in railway ballast. The angular ballasts used on railway tracks typically have a large size, requiring large paving thicknesses. This means that the paving systems used for conveying and distribution of material should be abrasion resistant. The systems should also ensure that materials don't get stuck. They also need sufficient torque for meeting material distribution requirements. There is also a requirement for leaving grooves by pressing the center of the railway track. This is necessary to avoid any damage or breaking of sleepers by moving trains.
