The SAP Series pavers feature a large conveyor, large thickness, large hopper and large augers. They offer an intelligent distribution of hydraulic power which improves the working efficiency by 30%. The Deutz engine is electrically controlled and features automatic power distribution. 15% of fuel is saved by its economical working mode. The noise is controlled below 80 decibels due to the advanced noise reduction technology. The machine is able to work continuously in 24 hours under a temperature of 50 degrees centigrade due to the advanced heat radiation technology.
Both parts of the material hopper can work separately and it has an incredibly large 8.5m3 capacity. The augers can be adjusted in the height and tunnel width. Material separation is prevented by intelligent material feeding which is ensured by the large diameter blades and technology distribution in a low speed.
