The SPIROL Model HA Automatic Heat Insert Driver provides an accurate and consistent installation method for any type of Heat/Ultrasonic Style insert for thermoplastic materials. For optimal performance, it is very important to be able to control everything involved in the installation process since 75% of the inserts performance relies upon initial installation. With the SPIROL's Model HA, the sole reliance on the operator to guarantee the near perfect flow of the plastic for an excellent retention and performance to control other factors such as time, temperature and pressure is eliminated. This means that the operator no longer has to physically operate the Insert while it is being installed. This would then lessen the involvement of outside factors and increases accuracy.
