Automatic assembly machine / for insulating glass
The Assembly Robot is specifically created for assembling and constructing insulating glass sections. It is also capable of filling these units with gasses. It is ideal for processing rectangular and almost all kinds of shaped formats. It offers a consistent extensive gas filling level and a minimal gas flushing losses. It is integrated with a reaction sensor which is purposed for permanent monitoring and observing of the gas filling processes. It is capable of handling insulating glass units which has a maximum length of 6 m. It may also come as a compatible version for concurrent processing of two insulating glass units.
