The 1180 AWD Series transmission system has an engine of 17.5 or 18.5 inch type 8 torque converter, a 6 speed power-shift transmission and an advanced electronic control system. It features a full time all-wheel drive with shift on the fly differential for high performance. It has an advance electronic controls for ease of operation and flexibility in tailoring the transmission system performance. It has a reduced downtime with its heavy-duty components, combined with electronic controls that prevents over speed, shift shocks and reduce operator's error. It is best for military vehicles, haul trucks, ADT's and heavy duty off-road vehicles.
