The RL-H4C is a construction laser that operates through the use of its horizontal, slope and long range capabilities. It can execute various kinds of processes from layout up to grade control. The laser also provides improved productivity and efficiency with minimal operational costs.

The machine can be operated up to 60 hours with rechargeable batteries, and has a rotational velocity of 600 rpm. It has an automatic shut down ability, versatile rod clamp with SmartClamp technology, and LCD display screen with 5 phases.
