The XCMG XG450D diaphragm wall grab features maximum hoisting power of 450 kN, maximum hoisting/lowering speed of 40 m/s, a 210 RPM motor, operating with wall depth up to 75 m and thickness 1,200 mm. It has a stable, robust design, with a stout box-type arm frame, a single rope with front and rear winch, with various attached electrical and hydraulic systems, offering durability and reliability. Also, it uses a Rexroth A8VO variable dual-pump, with load sensors and tension control. The programmable inclinometry device offers increased production via process recording. It has very low emission and noise levels, compliant with the Europe III standard. Also, it offers various diagnostics, sounding, protection and CPC systems.
