XCMG LQC320 mixer station provides productivity and fuel efficiency. It is eco-friendly and includes top quality parts, which are sourced from international brands. It uses a cold feed system. The belt feeder is controlled by frequency. With the feeder, feed speed can be automatically and independently adjusted according to production and proportioning needs. Operators are warned of aggregate starvation through sirens and warning lights. The belt tensioner and belt alignment device includes a collection and transfer belt. Overflowing of aggregates is prevented by the trough belt. Smooth delivery is enabled with self-cleaning.
LQC320 has a scalping screen, which eliminates oversized particles from aggregates. It also ensures entry of optimally-sized aggregates into the drying system, thereby saving energy. It has a modular design, which provides for different kinds of hopper combinations.
