The LQC80 is a mixing device built for the road machinery sector. Advantages include low fuel consumption, top-quality components, high productivity, etc. It features a cold feed system with a frequency-controlled belt feeder that allows for the feed speed to be adjusted automatically in order to meet project requirements. The collection belt comes with an alignment device and tensioner. If there is any oversized material with the aggregates, the scalping screen removes it and allows aggregate material of a more appropriate size to enter the drying system. There are numerous hopper combinations available with this device, thanks to its modular design. The techniques with which it is developed and manufactured come from Europe. An optimum match between the inclination and vibration angles, combined with an ideal screening area, allow the vibration screen to meet strict conditions for component proportioning and efficient screening.
