The "COMPETENCE" range is the flagship of the BENNINGHOVEN asphalt plant scope of supply with production up to 450 t/h.Although offering a standard stationary range of plants to this capacity, a high percentage of equipment supplied is delivered specifically to meet total customer requirement.
Detailed discussions between customer representatives and BENNINGHOVEN design engineers result in a "tailor-made" plant to match the customers local market demands.
These designs can often include:
Multibin aggregate cold feed an hot stone storage systems
Mastic asphalt production
Modified bitumen facilities
Hot or cold recycling
Granulate and fibre addition
Additive addition for special mixes
Mixed material storage
Pigment addition
Depending on site location where minimum emission of dust, noise, fume, etc. is expected, the plants would be supplied with total cladding to customer colour preferences to meet these requirements and the result is an aesthetically pleasing and acceptable building to "blend in" with surrounding area.
The stationary asphalt mixing plant is container style sized.
Each container unit is preassembled, wired and piped up, making installation easy.
Gangways around the plant and wide stairways allow for ease of access and maintenance.
