The NOVAlobe pump range offers excellent craftsmanship, reliability and durability, even under the most demanding conditions. This particular sanitary rotary lobe pump is specially designed for viscous medium, and is suitable for use in places where gentle pumping or dosing is required. Comfortably meets the highest and strictest hygiene standards worldwide (EHEDG, QHD and GOST) these pumps are CIP/SIP compatible, and also meet the GMP requirements regarding FDA approved materials. The high quality of engineering ensures the pumps continue to run even under high volume and with problematic medium. It is simple to maintain this unit, as the design incorporates an easy access and quick removal and replacement of any needed parts.

All wetted components are made of 1-4404/-.4409 stainless steel. It features different rotor types and process connections. This pump is set with a geared motor.
The field of application for this pump is in the beverage and food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and general process engineering. This is achieved through its ability to handle gentle and hygienic manipulation with high viscosity fluids.

The Pfeiffer Vacuum A 100 L ES (Energy Saving) dry pumps offer pumping speeds of 100 m3/h, while putting an accent to the cost-effectiveness. They contain a ES module that enables energy saving up to 50%. The design is compact, lightweight, and contains a water cooling circuit. The pumps also have and hour counter, three color LED for status information, and interface connector with 16 or 19 pins that enable various I/O connectivity options, as well as an optional RS232 and RS485 serial interface, that enables various control and monitoring processes.

The ACG 600 is a product of over 20 years of experience in the production of dry vacuum pumping solutions and is based on multi-stage Roots technology. This pump offers the complete benefits of clean and dry vacuum when issues with particulate or oil contamination arise. For pumping down huge chamber volumes >1m3, a particular model is offered. ACG 600 can be used for glass coating, cylinder evacuations, foreline pumping of Roots pumps, freeze drying and leak detection operations. There is zero risk of particulate contamination because of the non-friction and oil-less pumping modules. It features high pumping speed with less power consumption but gives low ultimate pressure and resistance to hazardous cycling.

They can provide pump solutions in A3H series with various pumping speeds. These pumps are capable of providing better particle tolerance, condensation resistance and gas throughput than the previous version. The roots technology is capable of providing vacuum without any particles and dry. These sensors are also incorporated with flushing of inert gas and temperature sensors. It can provide an optimal solution for the processes that are much demanding. Dry pumps that come under A3H series are good to be used with CVD processes as they are made out of materials which are corrosion resistant. They are also featured with lower level of vibration and lower noise emission.

The Okta 250 root pump from Pfeiffer Vacuum offer a pumping speed of up to 330 m3/h. It offers the highest compression values when compared to all other vendors. There is an integrated overflow valve for overpressure protection. There is no need for cooling water in these pumps. There are two models of Okta Root pumps: (1)A Series pumps are standard pumps (1 bar), integrated with shaft sealing rings, gray cast iron, flange connection complying with ISO-F and (2)AM Series pumps are standard pumps (1 bar). These are hermetically sealed with the help of magnetic coupling, gray cast iron (GG) and flange connection conferring with ISO-F.
