The iQ Platform unifies four key fields of automation, one of which is servo motion. When combined with MR-J3 servos, the iQ Motion CPUs deliver the highest level of speed and precision with tight integration to interdisciplinary automation control. Servo movement can be seamlessly scattered throughout Robot, Sequence and CNC operations by exploiting the high-speed inter-CPU communication bus.It offers faster processing for improved multi-axis support, with up to 32 axes per CPU and 96 axes per system. It provides an accelerated communication speed over a freely designated expanded range of inter-CPU shared memory. It offers MR-J3-B Servo and SSCNETIII benefits which include noise free, 50 Mbps, fiber optic communication and active auto-tuning. An additional clutch control functionality is also provided.
