The Elma Type 14V, 4U enclosure has a modular and high quality structure that provides a platform for packaging rackmount VITA system or desktop applications. Its design meets the standards set by the IEEE and Eurocard. The enclosure has an beautifully aesthetic design and is available in a variety of options. The modular design of the enclosure allows easy configuration by selecting the PSU, number of slot, backplane and device modules. It is designed to provide excellent cooling, available in either side to side or front to back airflow. The enclosure can accommodate 3U and 6U cards through horizontal mounting. The system configuration can be done with or without a rear I/O card cage.
