Radio modem - XTR-WiFi
The XTR-WiFi is the smallest 2.4GHz interface module. It is made to connect a generic device through a serial port or SPI via Wi-Fi standard Access Point 802.11 b-g. The connection is done all the way to the remote host via TCP/IP. The module connects automatically to a WiFi infrastructure with its own IP address, making the native serial protocol. It is encapsulated in a TCP-IP packet for remote applications usage.
The interface regulates the Wi-Fi TCP-IP connection without requiring for complex stack operations by the user, after the first configuration. It integrates a single interface having all the functions needed for a CPU host.
