This Wi-Fi device offers up to ten times the coverage and 15 times the speed of 802.11g networks, and offers backwards compatibility to 802.11g devices. The security features include WPA2, WPA, 802.1s w/ RADIUS support, and rogue AP detection. Internal antennas are provided for simplifying antenna configuration. It can run on 802.3af-PoE. A mounting kit is also available for ceiling or wall placement. For advanced network management, comprehensive SNMP functionality is provided. The device can be deployed over large areas with point-to-multipoint and point-to-point technology to provide bridging with Wireless Distribution System.
