High-precision angular alignment goniometer stage - 20°, max. 150°/s | ANT-20G series

A compact design of a goniometer ensuring highest level of performance by its direct on axis encoder feedback, high precision bearings, and non-contact/non-cogging direct drive. Aerotech's ANT-20G utilizes motor technology having a speed of 150 degrees per second and can be mounted orthogonally. With all other ANT series nanopositioners, this doesn't require periodic adjustment or maintenance. A significant breakthrough in high accuracy angular alignment of components. Combining this with a rotary stage under the orthogonal assembly adds a third rotation axis through the same point. Aerotech's ANT-20G is a piezo-driven and the industry's leading goniometer performing and making excellent repeatability.

The AGC motorized mechanical goniometers are commonly used in applications that require 90 degrees of angular travel with an object at the center of rotation, or where two axes of rotation are needed about a common point.

AGC goniometers are specifically designed to be mounted to standard optical tables or Aerotech stages, to provide roll, pitch and yaw about a common three-axis intersection. This flexible stage series is a good choice for optical alignment, payload tip/tilt, beam steering, sensor calibrations, automated manufacturing as well as testing and multi-axis diffractometer systems.

Motorized goniometer stage - 8 - 16 N | FBG series

At a pivot axis above the stage, this Nanomotion FBG series goniometer offers a tilting movement. Two axes can be coupled in order to tilt and tip around a shared pivot axis due to this particular stage design.
