The Quadra L1 is a CNC 12-axis machining center for milling, cutting and drilling purposes. It has a thrust feed system for profiles up to 7,500mm in size and a profile clamping gripper drive. The feeder can go to its original position after working, thus providing time and space for getting the next profile ready.

The central area has modules for cutting and milling. The milling item is a four-axis unit with up to six electro-spindles. It allows the contour of the workpiece to lower as needed. The CNC three-axis cutter has a 600mm blade and a down stroking setup. There is also an automatic outfeed unit that goes from the cutting unit to an unloading material.

A soundproof cabin may also be added, thus reducing acoustic impacts and protecting it from vibrations.
