The GMC-20 offers up to a 65% decrease in setup time compared to that of cam-controlled turning machines. Part of the CNC multi-spindle series, this machine includes one CPU, up to 31 CNC axes capabilities and ten CNC channels. These features give the user the shortest cycle times and highest capacity at the most economical investment cost.

In order to provide flexibility and allow complex work piece production, the GMC-20 features five cross slides, two CNC slides, six frontal sides, etc. It is capable of attaining a process capability index of 1.67 (in an h6 diameter) and reduces the lifecycle cost of the per-cycle machine.

Automatic loading and unloading of parts is enabled by off the side movement of the spindle and integration of the OGL, Okuma Gantry Loader, into production. Thanks to a very compact footprint, very minimal floor space is required.
